I bought two of these. For a female, 174 cm tall and weighing 130 kg, I got the L size. The sleeves are long enough, but the overall length feels a bit short. For a male, 190 cm tall and weighing 150 kg, I got the XXL size. The sleeves fit perfectly, but the length is still a bit short. The fabric is lightweight and breathable, and the pockets are quite large. Overall, it's a great product.
