Best Nike Shoes for Distance Running in 2024

I use them for daily commuting, walking several thousand steps a day, and occasionally for a 20-minute slow jog on weekends. Here's my experience: 1️⃣ Breathability The shoe's breathability is decent. After walking 5,000 steps, my feet don't get too sweaty. I think it works well for summer, but in winter, it feels a bit cold. In the south, wearing thicker socks is fine, but in the north, it's definitely not suitable. 2️⃣ Cushioning and Responsiveness The shoe feels soft and bouncy when you put it on. Unlike some running shoes that feel stiff, the midsole foam is tuned to be more cushioned and responsive.
