The fit is snug, but the sizing runs a bit small. If you have a high arch or wide feet, I recommend going up half a size or a full size. Since these are women's shoes, I'd suggest men consider going up half a size as well. They're really comfortable for running, with good grip and support. Coming from someone who usually wears sneakers, I highly recommend them. The only downside is that the mesh on the front isn't very durable or easy to clean, so it's best to avoid wearing them in the rain."

Whether you're running, working out, or just walking around, it feels great and doesn't make your feet tired! ✅ There's also a TPU torsion plate in the midfoot, which helps with smooth transitions and significantly improves stability! ✅ The outsole is made of rubber, thick and durable, so it should last you 2-3 years without a problem!"
